To ensure compliance with corporate identity standards, all designs incorporating the UTM logo must undergo a formal review. Please submit your application via:

Submission Steps
Department Selection: Select the Creative Media (Graphic) section.
Service Category: Under the Service Request / Inquiries for Creative Media dropdown, select: Design Review: Semakan Reka Bentuk.
Approval & Feedback
Once your submission has been evaluated, you will receive a notification via email:
Standard Approval: If the design meets all requirements, official approval will be granted via email and a formal e-letter.
Amendments: If improvements or corrections are necessary, specific feedback will be provided via email for your further action.
Note: Please ensure all designs adhere to the official UTM Brand Identity Manual before submission to expedite the approval process.

This section includes key references such as the color palette, logo structure & components, design principles, UTM brand identity, logo for general purposes, color variations, proper use of the UTM logo on backgrounds, use of the UTM logo as a background element, exclusive color variations, logo placement, and usage hierarchy.
